This initiative has been realized with the collaboration of the Comité des pharmaciens from Sigma Santé with the support of the Unité de recherche en pratique pharmaceutique, CHU Sainte-Justine with the contribution of Isabelle Barthélémy, Ronald Bourgeois, Géraldine Ottino, Denis Lebel and Jean-François Bussières.

Please note that fridaypm.ca published from March 14th, 2012, anticipated drug shortages posted by manufacturers on a voluntary basis.  Amongst research projects realized by our team, we have observed required proactive posting of anticipated drug shortages in some countries (e.g. France). The functionnality added to our web site allows proactive posting. However, to avoid confusion, anticipated drug shortages are posted on a different web page.

We would like to thank Hospira and Sandoz for their participation to the pilot project which made possible the development of this platform. We underline the contribution of Nextacom for the web expertise and the hosting of this website.
